PR-006 · Design Procedure (Heat Pump)

1. Purpose

This procedure defines the controls Anvul Ltd applies to design procedure (heat pump) activities to satisfy the requirements of the redeveloped MCS Installer Scheme (Installer Operating Requirements, MCS Installation Standards, Customer Commitment) and ISO 9001:2015 §8.5.

2. Scope

Applies to all heat-pump installation activities undertaken by engineers employed by or contracted to Anvul Ltd within the MCS scope held under MIS 3005-D.

3. Responsible persons

The Quality Manager owns the procedure. The MCS Engineer signs each output of the procedure. The Director approves changes.
